That is why you guys need unions over there.
At that point, they are just finding a stupid reason to fire you. Hope you find a better place to work soon!
contact the Natl. Labor Relations Board and take non-punitive action to get your job back or be compensated for what you would've made the rest of the year... it's a real thing
So get a new job where you are actually appreciated for your work ethic. And maybe talk to your boss because there has to be more to this...nobody likes taking out trash or doing dishes so you'd think your boss would be happy you took that initiative.
But what was your actual job? What were you hired to do? I'm wondering if you're leaving out pertinent information.
