Also, it really is a bit of an FML if the next flight is hours away, even days. If it's a small airport, chances are there aren't many amenities and it's not like a massive airport, like JFK, where flights take off and land ever couple of seconds. There might not be a flight home for two or three days or something.
I've heard of people naming their daughters after grandmothers but not moms. seems like it would be confusing.
why do you and your mom have the same name?????
Honestly I think it's really ******* dumb to name children after yourselves, because it inevitably causes undue confusion and stress. Suffixes only help if you constantly use them (or you're prominent enough that anyone can tell the difference, like our former prez.) I clicked both for that reason. Retarded airport mistake since they apparently didn't try to verify, and retarded move on your mother for thinking giving you the same name was a good idea.
And that is why you do not name your child the same name as a parent. Unless they are adopted.
i dont know how you got that problem, me and my dad have the same name and never had this problem

Why wouldn't they like call you or something and ask if it's a mistake instead of just cancelling your tickets? I know plenty of people that have the same names, especially if they're related.
Can they do that?
