Today, I was having a nice moment with my granddaughter as she was being affectionate by stroking my face. We were both quite content, until she said, "Aw, Grandma, your skin feels just like a crocodile." FML

Heheh, that's kind of cute! I wouldn't worry too much about it, she probably thinks you're part reptile, now, and therefore ten times cooler in her eyes. You should have told her that.

She knows what a crocodile feels like? Impressive. I do think you should take it like a compliment though. Crocodiles are cool. Heck, play with it, like people said. Be her crocogran.

how old is the child, because if she's over 5 isn't it a little weird that she is stroking your face?

LMAO i used to touch my gma's face cus it felt cool and she thought it was hilarious LOL

totally fake. grandmas will start posting on fml when hell freezes over

And you do realize that people do not get stupider as they age, correct? I wouldn't be surprised if the OP knows more about the internet than you do.

Fake. Old people can't use the internet! LOLZ!

Agreed. I'm calling out a fake on this one. Grandmothers are not allowed on the interwebz. Even in they were, they wouldn't (rather shouldn't) be on sites like FML.

My step-mom became a grandmother by her own children when she was like 42. In which case that is kinda young to have croc skin. (She is also MORE active on Facebook and the internet than most people my age, let alone her age.) But in either case, this is very cute, and not an FML. Kids don't know what they are talking about. Has she ever felt a crocodile? Probably not. But either way, cmon it's your grandchild. Smile, laugh, move on.
