I love all these SERIOUS comments saying "kill him." Yeah, murdering an alleged creeper really makes you look like the better person.
IMHO #1) id find a way to document these pictures; bring a high-resolution camera next time you go to his place and take detailed photos if you can. (i probably would take the album outright, but that would be stealing, by law.) #2) confront him calmly about the pictures. see if he has any logical responses. listen carefully to what he says, and write it down asap (or text it to yourself), in case you feel the need to proceed to step 3. #3) go to the police. file a complaint and present the pictures and quote his explanation. if you feel threatened, get a restraining order. yes, restraining orders are difficult to enforce, but at least you have some legal ground to stand on if you have real stalking problems here.
oh yeah, and in response to everyone who says "who really cares?" stalking is a indicator of a high degree of social ineptitude. you know what other kind of criminal is also often extremely socially inept? murderers. anyone pay attention to the news lately? how 'bout the college student in new york (iirc) who was murdered by her obsessed, stalking classmate? stalkers invest so much emotion into that one person that they can have extreme psychotic reactions to normal events in a relationship, i.e. a guy (stalker) watching the girl (the stalked) talk friendlily with a random guy, perhaps harmlessly flirting. even a semi-socially apt guy would likely be annoyed. a stalker could develop EXTREMELY possessive feelings and the fear of losing the girl to another man could lead him to violence. (i do have some formal psychological education, but i know, i do watch too much csi and law and order. leave me alone :P)
lol csi and law and order is seriously bomb! i srsly heart greg sanders, but getting off topic... *cough* i agree w/#319... that's really scary and you should probably take care in deciding how to handle this situation.
SOMEONE has a stalker...
well why were you looking through his photo albums huh? you've not been dating that long, what gives you the right to go through his private things?
That's really creepy I bet that made things a little awkward between you two. FYL
