Today, I was looking at the page of a girl I've had this big crush on for a long time. After getting a date with her and taking her horse back riding and having a picture taken of the two of us I find that she paint shopped me out of the picture before posting it. FML

Today, I went on a date with someone I've been talking to online for weeks. Unfortunately, it turns out they'd used old photos and misrepresented themselves, and I didn't find them attractive at all. Even I'm not that desperate. We ended up having an awkward dinner and I couldn't wait for it to be over. FML

She probably is not ready for everyone to know that you guys are dating. Give her some time may be and see what happens if she still seems interested. Some people also like having only themselves in their profile pictures. So don't take it personally unless she has pictures with other people too. If you feel she's not that into you, don't waste your time. You deserve better :)

29 and 33 you are idiots. yes there is a program called paint shop pro and probably dozens of others with paint in their name, however, the most widely used term for editing photos is 'photoshopping', nobody says 'paintshopping'. OP just messed up, you sound even dumber for defending him. besides, OP probably meant to say she cropped him out of the photo, which isn't that bad...

Yeah, that isn't the best thing, but she could have done worse. After all, you have only been on one date and she might be too embarrassed to keep you in the picture. In which case you are stepping in a minefield.
