That is completely creepy...you should take steps so that you don't live with this person any more, whether it's kicking him/her out or finding a new place of your own. How's your relationship with your landlord? Can you tell him/her the story? If you do, would you be able to get his/her cooperation in either kicking your roommate out, or getting yourself written out of the lease so you can live elsewhere? If your name is on the lease you're legally responsible for the place, and for paying rent on it, after all. Morally, since your roommate is the transgressor in this scenario, the "right" thing to do is to kick him/her out and force him/her to get a new place to live, but on a practical basis, the easiest thing to do might be to move out and find a new place for yourself. There may also be laws in your jurisdiction about taking surreptitious photos of people, especially in a state of undress, which it seems would cover the shower photos and maybe some of the sleeping photos as well depending on your usual state of (un)dress when you sleep. If that's true, you could potentially go to the police with that information and have him/her arrested.
