Today, I was out to coffee with an extremely attractive friend. A crazy man came up to the window we were facing. He took one look at her, then turned to me with a big, congratulatory smile, flashing me a thumbs-up. Then he turned to her, frowned disappointedly and gave a thumbs-down. FML

Today, I went to grab a coffee at a new café in town. While sipping my coffee, I noticed a man staring at me through the window. I thought he was browsing the menu before I looked up mid-sip to him staring at me in the eye, sucking on his finger. FML

Today, I was at a coffee shop, trying to get to know the cute new barista. I wanted to compliment his nice eyes, but I got nervous and blurted out, "You have nice elbows!" He stared at me, confused, as I quickly grabbed my coffee and left. Now I can't even imagine going back there. FML

I wouldn't worry about it. My boyfriend was recruited to be a model and walked off the job 3 days in. I get told all the time that he's way too good looking to be with someone such as myself. I laugh it off and say I'm paying him lol. It's best to find humor in most situations. I'm terminally ill with a Groshong Tunnel (feeding tubes) hanging out if my chest plate. He asked me out well after I became this ill and he, often, tells me how beautiful/gorgeous/cute/sexy/pretty I am, even on the nights we spend in the ER. Even though you say you're only friends, she obviously likes your looks and personality, equally, or she wouldn't be hanging out with you :).
