Candy is not a neccessity. If you're broke, you drop luxuries like that. I don't know where you're from but in the US, the minimum charge to a credit card is $1.
I mean if your broke then why did you feel the urge to buy a candy bar?
FSL??
So what? I once paid 5 cents with a card. :D
got welfare?
how about save your money instead of buying candy bar :D
Where on earth did you find a candy bar on sale for only 28 cents? Edit: LMAO, I see I'm not the only one to be asking that question. I call BS. I don't think I've ever seen a candy bar in my life that cost less than 75 cents, *maybe* 50.
I pay in change... Sadly
I've been there!
that's not bad I've seen worse

where the heck did you fin a candy bar for only 28 cents??
Maybe you shouldn't buy frivolous items when you're out of money. use your credit card to buy a meal, rather than candy.
