Your brother is the real ass here. I can't believe he'd sleep with a girl you just broke up with. I'd say have a chat with your brother about some girls being off limit, but forget about getting back together with your ex. If there really is such a thing as "meant for each other" - I really don't believe in soulmates - you two clearly aren't.
