Today, I was texting two people at once. Trying to respond to my friend's text, I accidentally clicked on this guy's name instead, who I've never met. He just told me about his grandma's funeral he went to that was an open casket. I responded with, "Haha wow you slut, I'm sure you were aroused." FML

ok first of all, i didnt really meant to say id never met him, because i actually did meet him once it was just informal, and i didnt meet him over the internet or something dumb like that. and i think its fixed because i told him the situation with my other friend and he said it was ok. and yes it is very common for girls to call each other ***** as a joke, even though it is kinda dumb to do.

anyone else tired of reading things that just say "i texted the wrong person and felt really bad about it" these are repetative. one of the rules to moderating is make sure its origional (sp?) and this has been published about 10 times just with slight changes

I would have just apologized like... "I'M SO SORRY I sent that to you, it was a mistake, it must have seemed totally inappropriate." In this age, texting the wrong person happens all the time.

I have people I've never met in my phone. My friends give me their numbers or something, I dunno. But, awh I feel bad for him! And you don't deserve this, I do it ALL the time. Just explain what happend and you guys should be cool(:

I did something similar. This guy called me because he was all freaked out that his mom was having a heart attack. After we hung up I texted my best friend and asked if that meant things were serious. HE texted me back and said "maybe." I was absolutely mortified.
