dumb bitch
run dude!
God, you people are so insensitive! The girlfriend obviously DOES have kuru, OCD, achalasia, melanoma, Crohn's disease, Budd-Chiari malformation, Wolf-Parkinson-White syndrome, Boerhaave's syndrome, acoustic neuroma, cholecystitis, Cushing syndrome, supraventricular tachycardia, toxoplasmosis, and tribadism. I could be wrong on that last one.
It's quite a sad story actually. :(
And you must have a fetish for basket cases.
Some of you are so ignorant. How is the girlfriend selfish when she has HYPOCHONDRIA? Do you not know what that is or something? She has a disease in which she self diagnoses every other disease if she feels that anything is even slightly wrong. That doesn't make her crave attention.. It's what the disease does to you, you constantly live in fear.
no...she wants attention just like anyone with OCD or ADD they're made up "diseases" that people claim to have purely for attention or because they're lazy. Oh also gays choose to be gay...figured I'm already gonna chewed out why not add more truth
Please tell me you're a troll...
Actually that's all wrong. You're an ignorent hateful stupid person..though I'd rather not even call you a person. They're real conditions and if you had gone to 10 years of medical school you would know that. Also, here's a little secret about homosexuality it is not a choice in fact homosexuals are genetically different. Also, just throwing it out there before you say anything else stupid, alcoholism is also a disease! Fortunitly for the rest of us stupidity is not contagious otherwise anyone who's read your post would be screwed.
Everyone thought I was a hypochondriac! I always felt something was wrong and no ones believed I kept getting tremors and electric shocks through my body. Then I started getting the sweats and loosing weight, found out it was an over active thyroid.
ydi for dating a psycho
24 is correct hypochondria is just one whacked up situation we studied this disease in one of my medical schooling classes ppl with this will flip out over the littlest of things and I honestly think OP should get a better understanding of what his gf is dealing with you have to go with the flow in most cases with this disorder
If she really is a hypochondriac, then you need to research it and help her understand it as well. Or, ask her what she intends to do about this 'neurological disorder' as I don't think there's anything she can do based on a self diagnosis, so you might be able to encourage her to get help that way. Or you could just decide it's not worth your time and leave her.
Next time you see her see if she'll treat herself to some psychiatric therapy. Have her lay down on the couch and tell herself all about her problems, while she is doing that you can quietly slip out the door and run like hell.
