Today, I was walking in the mall and passed one of the hair product booths (with the people who constanly harrass you as you walk by). In front of half of the mall the woman working there told me that she had several products that I could use to touch up my roots. I'm a natural red head. FML

did it ever occur to you that these people will do anything to sell their products so there is a good possibility that your hair doesn't necessarily look dyed, it just looks nice? this is so not a fyl. get over it.

It means, the sales person thought they dyed their hair, and 'touching up your roots' means dying the new hair that grows the same colour.

the lady is clearly just trying to get you to buy a product. they make you feel self concious and then tada they sucker you into getting whatever they're selling. I'm sure your hair is just fine
