Today, I was walking whilst texting. I thought I was going in a straight line but I ended up walking right into an open phone booth. A woman was inside making a phone call. I lost my balance, pinning her up against the wall. She thought I was attacking her and clobbered me with the receiver. FML

ugh--i hate it when people use the word "wilst" on FML, it makes them seem stuck up and crappy.

I love it when people display enough intelligence to use the beautiful English language correctly, rather than restrict themselves to swear words and text talk. Or American. I wonder why the lady in the phone booth left the door open? Maybe it was a trap.

Or maybe this is an FML like so many other FMLs - completely fake?

using the word whilst does not make you sound smarter

Whilst really should be reserved for writing large books and schmoozing at a snobbish cigar bar or something. Also, YDI for walking WHILST texting.

I live in Chicago suburbs. I call it a receiver. do you have another name for it? OP YDI for not looking where you're going.
