Don't let that discourage you. A college education can be obtained from almost anywhere. Even online. Keep that healthy spirit.
Man that's a total **** up. You had better wait for the result.
That's completely fine, now many more doors has opened themselves to you.
Ah, yes. McDonalds.
Don't let it get you down, some colleges have weird acceptance policies. I graduated high school with my associate's degree, yet I wasn't accepted into UT Austin simply because I wasn't in the top 10% of my graduating class. This is due to the fact that my college courses didn't count towards my GPA, so I only had 8 classes averaged, instead of 16-20, one of which, geography, is my worst subject.
You can get degrees just by going to school? I'm in the wrong country.
It was part of a program that my area had, called the Dual Enrollment Medical Science Academy program. Basically those that were accepted into it took college courses at the local college in the afternoons, which our respective high schools counted as our high school core curriculum credits, thus allowing us to graduate from high school not only with our diploma, but an associate's degree.
#8 well yea lol. but you need a certain type of degree
Ask someone who is good at editing to help you fine tune your essay. Then apply somewhere else. Don't let it get you down!
I remember when I got rejected from some of my dream schools earlier this year. It's definitely not the end. So don't give up! :)
just apply elsewhere. the same thing just happened to me. I got a letter from UNI saying I was accepted so I told everyone, very excited etc. then got a letter rejecting me from the program I was going for. was upsetting so I just applied elsewhere and got in. everything happens for a reason. that school obviously wasn't for you.
Did you not ask them why they accepted you then dropped you I would've kicked up a drink about it
I was still accepted into the university, just not the program. so I could still go to school there, just not my program.
this sucks so bad
"Cherry on top, he decided to apply right on the spot and got an interview, only to be accepted right then and there." Look, getting a rejection letter isn't going to be the death of you. Just keep your chin up, and I hope you actually had a fall back college on your list if that was your first choice.
Don't worry, I'm sure you can find somewhere else! And even if not, it's not always all it's cracked up to be. I found that out the hard way.
