Today, I was walking with my boyfriend down the street and a really hot guy walked past with no shirt on. While distracted by his hardened stomach muscles, I promptly walked into a pole, then became single. FML

... well you did kind of deserve it xD but still, hardened stomach muscles are quite hard to resist.. mm....

I'm sure you'd feel the exact same way if your boyfriend did this with a woman. Men doing this is something every woman bitches about ENDLESSLY. Women seem to think there's a double standard where when a man does something it's "wrong" and when a woman does something it's "ok". Then women wonder why men don't respect or trust them. It's because they can't because of double-standards like that. Worse yet, you're from my neck of the woods.

Being that obvious about checking anyone out is rude. And how stupid are you to be THAT distracted by a guy? If I saw Gerard Butler walking down the street without a shirt on, I would never run into a pole... they are kinda hard NOT to miss. Dumbbbbb bitch.

I don't see why it's okay for guys to do it but not for girls. :

No both guys and girls check out other people all the time, but there is a line between a quick glance, and looking so long you walk into a pole. Though the guy obviously knew what they were doing if they let you walk into a pole. I think you desverved it.

The moral of the story is probably not to walk into poles, and try not to be be so obvious next time!

a little something u dont have we call: SELF-CONTROL

As others have said: Glancing, looking and poking fun at, discussing is all one thing, one side of the spectrum. Staring so much you run into a ******* pole is quite, quite another. Has nothing to do with the guy being insecure, his girlfriend is just stupid. Yes I doubt she was all "I REALLY WANNA **** HIM RIGHT NOW," but it is really rude and disrespectful to her boyfriend and the guy she was drooling over. She was staring so much that she ran into a pole, she drew attention to herself, let the whole world know she was checking out others when she already had one. This is how she will be percieved, and then he will be called a fool for letting her stay, and she will be... as someone said, an ungrateful *****. But it's not just those two things... You don't ******* OGLE someone to the point of running into or tripping over anything when you already have a significant other. It's just... no. I agree that if the gender roles were reversed, people would be shouting "ASSHOLE YOU DESERVE IT" If this were me, I'd probably be unable to keep my mouth shut. "Holy shit you see his stomach? God damn." I certainly wouldn't ******* run into a pole, I'd be too interested in telling my guy about the guy we just passed. I'd definitely say the same about a popping-out bimbo, too, by the way.

please for the love of god show up on the commentary

holy shit there are some long comments here, you people trying to write a book on here? .. anyways you suck for running into a pole. hahaaaaaaaaa

You deserved it. People that are checking someone out with their significant other present so hard they walk into a pole simply don't deserve to breathe. One less stupid kid running around, woo!

Haha! Seriously, you totally desvere that one. Looking at others is ok to most people, if its a quick glance. But to stare at them enough to walk into a pole?? Whilest your significant other is there?? Seriously, all of it was well deserved.
