Today, I was walking with my very attractive friend who I like a lot. She then told me that her roomate wouldn't be home tonight, and if I wanted, I could come over and study history. I didn't get it. I told her no thanks, that I was covered, and it was chem I needed to study. An hour later, I understood. FML

I've been pretty much best friends with a girl i was attracted to for about 7 years...(I was attracted to her for about 3 years) we even had a little thing for a month or so, then just stopped and I'm still great friends with her. I've also been friends with about 2 other girls that I've been attracted to. Maybe I'm just weird but it is quite possible...

TD66... trust me... its not possible. I am talking about a real friendship, not on again, off again **** buddies. Bottom line... if you are attracted to the person, you will always have that thought in the back of your mind of wanting to sleep with them. If they got butt naked in front of you one night and said "do me" if you tell them you don't want to ruin the friendship no matter how attractive and no matter how much you want to, then you are a true friend... and that is the only way you will ever know imo. and yes dedalus, I do speak from experience... lots of lots of crazy sexual experience. Thats why i said what i said... its my own opinion. Not bashing you guys for yours.
