Maybe swap it out with something else? You can make homemade grenadine that's basically frozen fruit juice for something sweet (and adding milk will make it creamy!), air-pop popcorn is healthy, and you can get an air fryer to make homemade potato chips, and have agua fresca instead of soda. Smaller portions of each, and you have the same kind of stuff, just healthier and a LOT fancier.
