Today, I was wearing my favorite silk sweater, one I actually paid full price for. I sat down in my desk chair to work, and when I tried to get up I felt a strange pull. A corner of my sweater is still stuck in the screw at the back of the chair, the rest is in the trash. FML

Today, I tried on a sweater in a store. It was a bit tight, but I managed to get it on. When I tried to take it off, it got stuck halfway. After several failed attempts, a sales associate had to help me out of it, while other customers watched. FML

Today, I put on what I thought was my "lucky" sweater for a job interview. Halfway there, I noticed my reflection in a car window and realized it was covered in cat hairs of various colors and a faded spaghetti stain from last week that apparently hadn't come out in the wash. FML

Today, while sorting through my clothes, I found one of my ex's old sweaters. After a lot of thought and difficulty, I threw it out. I felt empowered, until my father later rifled through my trash and claimed the sweater for himself. FML

Today, I grabbed a pair of pants from the dryer in a hurry, trying to make it to the bank. When I rushed in, I felt something fall down my leg. It was a pair of my mom's granny panties that had been stuck inside my jeans. I kicked them aside, hoping no one would notice. They did. FML

Because there's never any reason to wear clothes with any sort of imperfection. Additionally, why would you ever try to repair something like that or, God forbid, ever donate some nice clothing to a thrift store or something? Seriously, you're throwing away a ******* sweater because it's torn, and you're not even considering patching it up or taking it to Goodwill? You asshole! What the hell's wrong with you?!

Exactly..I've worked in thrift stores before. Don't be that person that thinks Goodwill/etc is their person garbage collector. They end up having to pay to throw away all of the dirty/torn items you give them.
