Today, I was yelled at by a customer because I couldn't tell her where the vitamins were in the pharmacy. The manager came and yelled at me for being lazy and incompetent. I work in the store across the street from the pharmacy. FML

Yell back. Inform both the angry customer and manager that you do not work there, then tell the manager you are insulted and will report the incident to corporate unless you get a lot of free stuff. But no, you say nothing then run to FML.
