Today, I watched a little girl laugh while giving bread to some pigeons at a bus stop. A bus then arrived. All the pigeons moved out of the away, except one. Its head got crushed by a wheel, and some blood splattered onto the little girl's shoes, who then screamed. With laughter. FML

While this is an interesting story, I am not sure that FML or YDI apply. If the girl was your daughter, them FML would apply because you would be raising a phyco.

Why care enough for the birds to feed them only to turn around, see one die horribly, then laugh maniacally like a total psycho. *slowly turns around then bolts in the opposite direction* P.S. how much do you bet weird pigeon lady got on that bus, I always seem to ride with the extreme creepers. :(

Dude, forget the kid. I'm all sorts of distressed about that poor pigeon. Well, at least it enjoyed its last meal: enriched white-flour bread. Plus, shouldn't we be investigating the bus driver instead of the kid? That cackle was circumstantial, at best, and perhaps the bus driver deliberately ran over the bird, hmm?

Have you ever lived in a major city? There are pigeons everywhere. They're pretty savvy about traffic. I've watched pigeons time their walk across a busy street so that all the cars miss them, but they never seem to be in a hurry. The bus driver was probably use to the birds getting out of the way. The one that got crushed got the equivalent of a Darwin award. Now, if you want to talk about the stupid ducks in the suburbs that cause traffic to back up for miles because a 20ft long line of mom and babies are crossing the street without any reguard for traffic...
