Make a tent from your overly large granny pants
If you did put the tent in the car, it's not an FML. If you didn't do it either, you both deserve it.
I don't get why I was moderated. All I said was that OP could have put the tent in the car herself, only in different (yet proper) wording.
Ah. I did say that if OP would have packed the tent, it would not have been an FML. I think they read too hasty.
Oh wow, a QLD post. ;) I'm going to go out on a limb here and let you know that people have survived tentless in the outback for thousands of years. You have your car to protect you from all the nasty creatures and rain otherwise. What ever happened to camping out in nature?
i've gone camping out bush my entire life, and even i'd be pretty mad if my husband had forgotten the tent ELEVEN HOURS from home. Plus our car is not big enough for both of us to sleep in, as well as having all our luggage and stuff in there. And not everyone takes tarps when they go camping.
sleep in the car
#20. no kidding
Motel instead since you drive that far?
sounds like a perfect spontaneous moment for a hotel smut night!
B*tch, go to a walmart and buy a tent. It's not brain surgery.

ooh husband fail... I'm sure there's a walmart nearby
Eleven hours? Damn that is major fail. Hopefully the nearest store that sells camping gear isn't too far off.
