hahahahahahahaha!!!
I for one would be terrified of sleeping under the stars most places in Australia letalone the outback. We've got some of the deadliest creatures on the planet crawling around over here >.> Not bears either, tiny little critters you don't even know got you untill you wake up in the morning with half your face missing >.> I'm not sure we have camping "parks" that sell anything letalone spare tents over here either. If you go camping you just go camping....no parks or stores anywhere near any good camp sites. No running water or toilets either. We went camping at the Allan River over New Years (which would actually be about 11 hours from the right places in QLD) and none of us bought tents, instead we set up tarps with poles over our utes, air beds in the trays, was perfect. Surely you bought a tarp? Just hang it over some trees, or set up your car, or go home. Its a pretty crappy situation, and I gotta say FYL, but you will be laughing about it later, and you'll have something to hold over his head :P
Ahaha true :P
Everybody forgets things. No need to be hateful.
I would definitely choose sleeping in the car over sleeping in a tent. I'd thank him for forgetting it, lol I am terrified of tents.
even if you forgot your tent and there's no walmart I'm sure there's some place near by with tents if your near camp grounds it's something you'd want to sell for when something like this happens.
As has been said before, its AUSTRALIA....we don't have walmart, and pretty much anywhere you go camping here is nowhere NEAR any place that sells tents. We don't have much in the way of "camping grounds" that actually have stores. Thats called a caravan park. And I can't imagine forgetting the tent, the one essential part of camping, is something that happens often enough to warrent a random tent store in the middle of nowhere. They've driven 11 hours, there either in the middle of the country in eastshit nowhere or they're up a mountain in the bush. Nowhere near stores.
Your fault too. If you're going on a trip, you need to make sure you have everything you need and not rely on your husband. Sure, he can pack it, but you can spend a couple minutes looking over what you have and make sure you have a tent! (I have a camping check-list, and misc trip check-list because forgetting stuff sucks)
guess u're going to be sleeping in the car then. =

ooh husband fail... I'm sure there's a walmart nearby
Eleven hours? Damn that is major fail. Hopefully the nearest store that sells camping gear isn't too far off.
