Today, I went into hysterics and started crying when my boyfriend pulled out a Tiffany's box at dinner. Then I found out he'd used the old box to make the $15 earrings he bought seem more "special." FML

Sorry sweetie this is what happens when you assume! My boyfriend bought me a nice ring from Tiffany's and though we both know we are going to marry each other I didn't assume it was an engagement ring.
