Same thing happened to me with the first black ops they didn't believe me till the brought up a unopened copy and opened it to find no game inside

I bought a $30 game & they gave me a $60 game, I'm old & have other things going on so, I put the bag up & never looked in it for a month! When I went to play my game, it was the console version not, the DS version I'd paid for! When I took the game back, they were like "We wrote that game off, we thought we'd never see you again!" I explained, they took their game & gave me mine! They guy kept profusely thanking me for bringing it back! Then, another time, I bought an expensive game only to find out the case was empty! Luckily, I found out before I went home so it wasn't a huge problem! I won't name the incompetent store that keeps messing up but I don't "stop" there to get "games" anymore! You can figure it out, I'm sure!

This is why you should only buy new games from retailers that don't open there new games prior. I hate buying a game and seeing the clerk reach behind him and put my "new" game into the case.

I had tht happen to me...it was when Ninja Gaiden Sigma came out for PS3 i bought it brand new from walmart...got home which was a 20 minute drive and then opened it up and to my disgust it was a burnt cd n the case with a bunch of rap songs...luckily though they exchanged it out for me and from then on i always check my games, cds and movies b4 i leave the parking lot

Good luck getting your money back if that was a console release, but if you bought the PC version you can rest assured that the code is all you need to legitimately download that game. You paid for it after all.

I would be pissed

This is a known issue with that game in particular. Many copies are arriving empty.

same thing happened to me when buying black ops 1. I was so happy I finally got an Xbox that I almost forgot to take the black ops box.
