Today, I went out and bought a copy of Black Ops 2. I got home and opened the case, only to see the game disk was missing. When I went back to the store to complain, the guy at the desk accused me of trying to pull an old scam on him. FML

Uhm... If you have the product code. The papers, im sure you can justdl thedigital copy and put in the code. Unless you're on console, then fyl lol

i only buy my games at eb games. or gamestop as its known in america. sure people got hate ons for it but they are the only place i can go to cash in the warranty and when they ask what happened I can be like " I put a ******* dart through it playing with buds" and they will just say alright and hand me a new game.

Suppose the same almost happened to me. Picked up SC2, and I was so excited that I opened the box in the car just to realize that the CD was missing. Went back into the store and had that rectified. After that experience and reading this FML, I'd say lesson learned. Sucks that it had to turn out that way for you. Hope you eventually got your copy!
