You should definitely have taken the piercing out, but I guess that's hindsight bias for you. Hopefully you paid for an expensive photographer as well as an expensive haircut, and you can have them photoshop out the eyebrow gash!

I hate to say this, but OP should've considered taking the earring out BEFORE her hair appointment. Considering how close the eyebrows are to the hairline, I can understand how/why the comb got caught. It's not all the hairdresser's fault. I do hope the rest of OP's wedding day went well, though, & congrats on getting married!

Why on earth did you not take it out? I have an eyebrow piercing and I always take it out when I go to the hair dressers to avoid situations like this. You really should have considered that. That being said, I think hairdressers should also note when people have piercings that may get caught and recommend they're taken out or at least work to avoid them.

Can't help but think YDI a little for not removing their piercings before getting her hair done, getting it caught on combs or scissors is obviously a risk. But some blame lies with the hairdresser too for not asking the OP to take it out before starting.

YDI for getting an eyebrow piercing and leaving it in right before you're due to get married. Seriously, have some class.
