That sucks a lot but if stuff like that usually happens just don't go. Or get your fingernails done instead.

Not only rude and mean but unprofessional as well. You would expect that kind of behavior from a child not a grown man. What an asshole. I hope you complained to the manager; I would also spread the word to friends and family, etc just to make sure no one will do business there.

That really sucks :(. I'm a nail tech and I would never dream of treating a client like that. Sure I've had plenty of people with strange or unusual nails or feet, but to make fun of it? Wow. Must have been a really low-budget place. Sadly, you get what you pay for :/
