Today, I went to have my eyebrows waxed for the first time. After signing in the receptionist looked at me and said "Lip wax?". I told her no, my eyebrows. She sat me down and the waxer walked up, took one look at me and said "Lip wax?" FML

Today, I went with my sister to get our eyebrows waxed. I didn't think my eyebrows were that bad--and they weren't! When the guy waxed my eyebrows, he gestured my lips and said, "Moustache, too?" Mortified, I said, "No!" to which he replied, "Aw, someone no get kissy tonight." FML

Today, I went to get a haircut. The hairdresser at the counter was kind of cute, so I had to say something non-standard. When she greeted me with her hello, I replied, "Guess what I need from you today?" She looked at me, considered, and replied, "An eyebrow wax?" FML

Today, I went to get my eyebrows waxed at a korean salon. I have never been there before and it's hard to understand their accents. The women asked me if I wanted "them all off". Not fully understanding what she said, I agreed. When she showed me the mirror, she had taken off my whole eyebrow. FML

Today, I had my eyebrows waxed for my senior pictures. After manhandling me, the cosmetologist managed to "accidentally" take my whole eyebrow off. It looks like I'll be remembered forevermore as the girl with one eyebrow. FML

When my boyfriend came to pick me up for our date, I asked if he noticed anything different about me, the first thing he said was, "I see you got rid of your mustache." FML

2 out of three people in this story are not in denial about your 'stache. You're wasting your money doing the eyebrows while cheaping out on the lip job. Once a guy's gaze locks onto your whiskers, he's moving on to the next girl and not even bothering to look anywhere above your nose.

def. should get a lip wax while you're at it, most guys do notice a woman's eyebrows, mustache and sometimes even hairy arms, if it's really obvious... I understand that waxing hurts like ****, but i just ******* hate girls whining about how a certain guy doesn't like them or some shit like that when she can't even take care of herself...

What does waxing and any other cosmetic activity have ANYTHING to do with taking care of yourself? Shouldn't that be an optional thing? If it's hardly noticeable, except by people who stare at people's lips all day, then it shouldn't be a problem!

ugh! i hate that lip hair. i swear its getting darker and darker everyday too. dont feel too bad though, just might be something you should do if you already get your eyebrows waxed on a regular basis.
