If it's all you can eat, it's all you can ******* eat! Doesn't matter if you're fat or skinny, you are there to pack it in! If the cooks don't like it, they need to take it up with management to get a limit on the 'all you can eat' part.

What is wrong with pigging out sometimes? As long as you don't eat at a buffet very often, there's NO problem with it. And who is to say what a "properly proportioned" meal is? My fiancé is a bottomless pit and has the best body I've ever seen. No matter what he does, he can't gain weight. He consumes at least 4000 calories a day. I however need about 1500 to just maintain my weight.

How do you lose weight? Put down the fork! -face palm- (yes family guy reference). If all u can do is walk to food and back to table and make 70yr old muscle pain grunts and sweat when u eat you have a problem fatty.
