Tell him to mind his own business. Unfortunately, you'll probably have to be polite about it, or they'll kick you out anyway...so something along the lines of "mind your own damn business and be glad I like your food, you judgmental asshole" probably wouldn't fly. Although you might be able to get away with inventing a disease and spinning a sob story to shame him...

Ask him if it's a buffet, then ask him what a buffet is, continue to eat your food, then say, "After ten more plates good sir."
