Today, I went to the dentist. My dentist kept talking to me while his hands were in my mouth. I attempted to tell him that it was difficult and dangerous to respond. My talking made him slip and slice my mouth open with one of his instruments. FML

I always feel like I'm in great danger when the dentist and their assistant (if they have one at the moment) are chit chatting away while having sharp objects and drills near my mouth. I hate it even more when they ask me questions, then get all pissy if I don't respond!!

that happened to me! cept it was when I got my braces off, so when I put my retainer in that night, I bled a lot! it was Not fun. Fyl.

my dentist is cool! she puts hot wax on my hands to make them soft, I sit in a massage chair, se gives me a warm lavender neck thingy, sunglasses bcuz she thinks the lights are too bright and puts lip balm on me every five seconds!!!!

My dad is a dentist and he does the SAME SHIT! I swear, when he goes to dental seminars, I bet all they do is laugh about the stuff they do to people. They probably just do it to **** with people.
