Today, I woke up early, showered, dressed, and made the 40 minute drive to work, only to discover when I arrived that today was my day off. When I got home my live in boyfriend was gone. I called and he told me he was at the beach, right near my work. FML

I've done that before, except I didn't get all the way to work. Not really an FML though. Just change into your bathing suit and drive back! No big deal! I'd definitely do it just to spend time at the beach.

Out of all the messed up things posted on this site, this was the worst thing to happen to you? If the worst thing in your life is that you wasted a couple of hours, then I don't think you have any business posting and FML.
