No different, except for the fact that it's worse because he's supposed to be in a position of authority, responsibility and protectiveness over you--not creating and distributing pornography of his child. Yeah, teenagers act irresponsibly; it's part of growing up. Your father should be more mature than this by now. Report him to CPS. See how he likes being violated when he's sitting in prison and explaining to the other inmates why he's there.

If this keeps you from getting this drunk again, then your dad's strategy was well worth it. After all, what would you rather have scenario A: your daughter mortified because you took and sent a picture of her with her skirt around her knees to everyone she knows or Scenario B: Your daughter raped/beaten/possibly murdered because nothing happened to her the last time she got passed out drunk so she saw no reason to avoid getting in that situation again?
