This FML confuses me for several reasons: 1. Why wouldn't you change all four tires at the same time? It's usually cheaper and it's what you're supposed to do. Running old tires with new tires can affect your alignment and steering 2. If you did change them at the same time maybe you should check out where you're parking cause something might be on the ground causing that 3. Is there not more than 1 place to get your tires changed? 4. You have bigger problems than a couple flats at home if you don't know how to change a tire....

Maybe next time when you check one set of tires, check the other set also?
The reason they can't change their own tires is because they don't have the equipment or skill to take the rim off the current tire, put it on the new tire, and then fill the tire up. Rims can be expensive. Plus the tires need to be balanced afterwards. You don't have to change all four at the same time. I've gotten 4 new tires over the past two years but one is still old. They're all the same brand and size so it's not an issue. One had an egg (bump) so I replaced both front tires. Then I cut one of the front tires and paid for a new one. Then one back one got an egg so I replaced it. One back one is still at least two years old. Now I have a dummy tire and a whole spare tire without a rim. My mom is a mechanic and I know how to change my tire. Finding a safe place to jack it is the hard part. Changing both front tires is important but not all four. It's just cheaper most of the time.
why didn't u do all 4 tires at once?
Seems like someone's out to get you!
Sounds like you need to be keeping better track of the life of your tires and when its time to replace them

I've never heard of every tire shop being booked up two weeks out.
