Today, I woke up to my two year old crawling in bed with me and saying, "I poop". Normally this would be ok, but this morning she decided she didn't need a diaper. FML

Today, I took a shower while my two-year-old slept. In the 30 minutes it took me to shower, get dressed, and go back to his room, he had woken up, taken his pants and diaper off, and smears crap all over himself and his bed. FML

Today, I was babysitting my friend's two year-old daughter. Within 15 minutes, she had crawled out of her crib, taken off her diaper, and smooshed her poop in between the cracks in the floor. I put her in the tub, left to get a towel, and came back to her pooping in the tub. FML

Today, I was washing dishes while my 2-year-old was napping… or so I thought. When I finished and went to check on her, I found she'd taken off her diaper and smeared poop all over the carpet. She must have been up a while because it was everywhere. I spent the next hour scrubbing. FML

I remember when my niece was going through potty training. She got up one night and came crying to me. I held her and tried to get her to calm down. Turns out she needed to use the restroom, she peed on me. 9 yrs later, she thinks it's funny.

All you people saying she should be potty trained at that age clearly haven't been around toddlers. The earliest you even start potty training is at 2 and many parents wait until their kid is 3. Even when potty trained they still need to sleep in a diaper or pull ups for awhile. Also, you don't potty train kids while they're going through a major life change so sometimes that delays it and maybe that's the situation here. So unless you have kids or have siblings with kids you see regularly or something, shut up.
