Today, my mom and I went to Winn-Dixie. I told her I was going to a different isle 5 minutes later I hear my name on the intercom to go to the front of the store. As I go I see my mom crying, she comes and hugs me and tells me she thought I was lost. Im 22, I had my cell phone, and I drove there. FML

Today, my mom called 5 times and I didn't pick up due to being in class at college. I was later called to the front desk, where my mom was crying. She said she was worried about me because I didn't say "I love you" to her after she dropped me off at college. FML

Today, I noticed a young child wandering out onto a busy street. I managed to grab his arm just as he stepped off the sidewalk and yank him away from almost certain death. My reward was his mother, who was on her cell phone the whole time, screaming at me for touching her child. FML

Oh no! OMG! I can't live any more! My MOTHER just held my hand! I am just too old for such nonsense! If she really did LEAD you accross the street, then yeah, that's YOUR problem. You ever get the impression that some of these stories start like, "Ok, so I was out with my mom, and she took my hand as we walked around town for a bit. I thought nothing of it until I got home three hours later and realized I could turn this into an FML!" These begging for attention, out of context and twisted, stupid FMLs are the ones I hate.
