Today, it's my birthday. My family put a bouquet of balloons outside my room for me to find when I woke up. I walked out of my room, saw the balloons, screamed, and fell down the stairs. FML

Yesterday was my birthday and my mom bought me balloons knowing I'm severely allergic to latex. I couldn't even come in the house. She had to open the door for me since they were tied to the railings on my porch. Nice gesture....but I don't like balloons either. I know how you feel OP. Happy birthday anyway!

my mom thought that because it was outside the house that I would be okay. I haven't broken out yet. especially since 3 of the 6 balloons she bought popped because it was raining and sort of chilly yesterday.
