Today, it was my first day at my new job, which requires you to wear a special shirt. Come to find out, they only have medium sized shirts. I'm an XL. They demanded I wear the shirt anyway. FML

Just because he wears an XL shirt does not in any way mean the guy is fat. He could have broad shoulders or muscular arms. Or maybe just be fit and like the extra room. Most built guys where L or XL shirts and even if he had a tummy so what. A medium is too small for most guys to be wearing anyway.

Pssht, you should have "worn" it on one arm, or as a bandana, or something like that. Just in case their store policy isn't specific enough for that eventuality, which is a good possibility.

That really sucks, and #3 be RESPECTFUL, and grow up, how would YOU feel if someone said that to YOU?

Wow. there has to be something against that... that really sucks

YDI for being a fatso. Feel lucky that they even hired you, most places I know don't hire fat/ugly people unless it's for a position where they don't interact with customers.

That's very true. My boyfriend has to wear an XL because he's tall and his shoulders are really broad. And he's so skinny that when I hug him around the waist, I reach around and grab my elbows lol

wow my husband is in the army and built! he wears an xl! and he is in no way fat! overweight people normally wear like a 4xl or 3xl! how did you not know that? oh wait you guys are ****** idiots and don't know shit about anything! and op sry that happened to you! I would demand a new one! or else find a new job. where I work if we need a different size they'll order it for us no problem.

There's a difference between overweight and obese. You can be overweight and not obese. Also @25: is it really necessary to have that many exclamation points, or are you just really that excited? Lay off the caffeine.

who says the op is fat. be prob is but he could also just be very tall and the medium could become a belly shirt on him. my cousin is like a twig but he's tall as hell and he wears only large and xlarge shirts cause that's what fits him.
