yes that is correct. Other symptoms of polycystic ovarian syndrome are facial hair, deep voice, severe acne, mood swings, obesity, and missing your period. There are other medical conditions that can cause a girl to have more hair than usual such as problems with your adrenal glands, but it can also just run in the family/ethnicity. Depends on how much hair you have. If it's as much as a hairy guy and you have other symptoms, then you should see your PMD or an endocrinologist.

okay if your a girl and you have hair on your stomach it means your to skinny and than there's not enough fat in your stomach to keep you warm so you grow hair . the skinnier you get the more hair you get . I'm 12 . I'm 4'9 and only 78 pounds . I have hair on my stomach too . and not to mention were mammals so it's normal . but the hair on your stomach would look much shorter if you didn't wax it at all in the first place .

That is completly untrue. Your body won't pick a specific place to start growing hair because you're "cold" from being skinny. If it did, super models would all look like Cousin it. Hair in places like that on girls comes from higher levels of testosterone.
