Maybe she is trying to tell you to propose... or she is just getting really into the song, talk to her about it? :) Hope everything goes well anyways :)
It's a song? It's part of the dance.
In the context of the song, "single" means unmarried, so your girlfriend didn't do anything wrong.
Dump her.
It's a song, she's just having fun.
I did this once... I was just doing what the song said... The guy did it to then got upset. We are no longer in any type of talking relationship...
I'm in a long-term relationship now, and if we go to a club and this song comes on, I'll raise my hand, and my partner doesn't see anything wrong with it. On any legal form, or any form asking you to state your relationship status, you get options such as "Single" "Married" "Divorced" "Civil Partnership"... There isn't an option to say "In a relationship but not married or living together". Either, she was just getting in the flow of the song, or, as other people have said, she's just stating that she isn't married. The song is all about being married, it was probably just a bit of fun, and not a break up or a way of saying she's not in a relationship.

If you two are not married, then technically, she IS single. And if you don't want her to be single, then you ought to put a ring on it!
As long as she doesn't try to kiss another boy (or boyS) you're quite safe.. It's just a song
