biologically they aren't related so is it really an issue? i mean its.... odd but hey its technically not incest

unless they're doing sexual stuff I don't see the problem, they are not actually related, there are lots of cases of parents marry and the kids from previous relationships getting married too, yes they're young but unless they're treating it like an adult relationship there is no harm, if they break up they're kids, they'll get over it pretty quickly
