Ain't a question of being a man or a woman looking for a job in this special case! Owing to me, the real damned stupid ones are the recruiters who think they have power on you when they are facing a jobless! Some of them are not even skilled enough to do a good job when hirin'on unskilled asses like them! These are words from another skilled jobless woman! just keep the faith, we'll get through it soon!
YDI for capitalizing "job"
it's because your overqualified for all the jobs a 16 yr old would be applying for so it was really easy for him to get a job using your résumé
16 year olds can be paid less
your a girl, he's a guy welcome to the real world
The difference is he handed it to any old employer wanting a student part time minimum wage job, and you probably handed it to people who wanted degrees.
It's because you're a woman

If this isn't fake... Try putting your first initial on the resume, instead of your first name. That way, they won't see your gender in your name, and you might get your foot in the door. I've seen it work for other people... (I'm a guy, though, so that trick won't help me. Sucks.)
I submitted this FML, and if anyone else is wondering, i wasn't making this up and I'm only 18 years old. haha
