Yes scissors are dangerous and the mother shouldn't of been sleeping while he is awake but all parents need to realize is maybe after she put him down for a nap she layed down too and the fact is a 4 year old is big enough to get out of bed and get into sneaky mischief all by themselves. Though she should of woke up when he was cutting her hair.
The real question is, does it look good?
If that were me, that kid wouldn't stand a chance. No one comes between me and my hair...

That totally sucks and all, but shouldn't you be keeping the scissors somewhere your 4 year old child cannot get to them when you're not supervising him?!
