wow I don't think that the OP's sister is awesome or that she needs therapy. The girl is 5 and she probably doesn't understand that the lizard was dead. It was probably still alive when your sister found it and she didnt understand that she probably killed it when A) she caught and squeezed the crap out of it or B) when she tied the ribbon around its neck. She most likely thought she was doing a good thing by good thing by giving her sister a present. I just think that she just needs to be told why that wasnt a very good present. To the OP that does suck. People will click YDI for the dumbest reasons.

I feel for you. Glad my sister knew the difference between living and dead things at an early age. However, when she was four she told me to close my eyes and hold out my hands. She then proceeded to sprinkle fairy dust into my hands a.k.a kitty litter. Dirty kitty litter. I hope your sister got cleaned up afterwards. She might get sick if the rat was infected.
