Today, my best friend and I came home from Japan. Her boyfriend and I have been having an affair before I left so I decided not to tell him she was coming with me. We just got off the plane and got a bite to eat, he was waiting for me so he could propose, my best friend was standing next to me. FML

Today, I left for a one and a half month trip to Japan with my boyfriend. He promptly broke up with me the first night in the hotel. When asked why he couldn't have waited until the trip was over, he said he didn't want to create "false memories". FML

Today, I was going to propose to my girlfriend. I told her best friend the plan the day before. I got reservations to a restaurant on the beach, and we were going to arrive via boat. She never showed. Her parents called me asking why she left town to go to Paris. FML

Today, I introduced the girl I was talking to my best friend, and we all hung out. Until this day, her and I were doing great. After my friend left, she started gushing about how hot he is. He wasn't hitting on her at all. I reminded her that, and that he has a girlfriend. She was calm, but visibly upset. FML

This is like the most hated FML on this site. And I do agree with every single comment on here. OP deserves a hard lesson in having an affair with her Best Friend's boyfriend. She should've known better than to mess around with a man that's has already been taken by her friend. Hell is just waiting for you to come and kill you the second you enter, OP; You down right deserved it.

Everyone calm down here. Sure..shes cheating..never a good thing. But every once in a blue moon two people do fall in love and dont want to hurt the third party. They went about it the wrong way but why cant anyone here even think for a second they might actually be really in love? He ated her best friend then ealized she wasnt the one but OP was. It can happen people. Chill.
