Today, my best friend who I have known for ten years recommended I didn't continue a relationship with my girlfriend. I thought she wanted to go out with me which I was hoping for, for a long time. Turns out she wanted to go out with her. FML

Today, I drove 4 hours to see my girlfriend of a year, as she had asked me to stay with her for a few days. When I arrived she told me she wanted to be friends as she liked someone else, but wanted me to stay the few days so we could work on being friends. FML

I know the feeling man. I liked my best friend too, turns out he's gay! But sometimes you just have to roll with the punches. For me we are just best friends, gay guys are always the best friends to have. But for you it might be a little harder to figure out. Sorry man :p
