I would say that almost everyone has a boss at least once in their lifetime that is an asshole. Most of them are full of shit, but look at it this way: if you have an invaluable skill, they won't let you go. Hopefully he will see one day that you should be in management alongside him, OP.

it happend to me too, in my high school english class last week. I was thrown out of class, because My teacher got pissed when i corrected her. Well I should thank anime/manga and eminem for learning me english. i'm from norway too :D
