Sneak in really early, wearing latex gloves, Put a picture of him on his desk, and slam a butcher knife through it, and a note done on a generic printer in Comic Sans "Your move, think wisely." Go home, and call out for the day. Protest total innocence. Be sure to take a few good pictures of the Dartboard for your personal records. Every now and then just stare at him, when he looks up, Grin and slowly walk off maintaining eye contact.

I'm not sure it's anything to worry about. However, that constitutes as Work-Place Aggression and you can actually report him for that if it really bothers you.
