That's 100% illegal and not okay, he can't fire you without just cause. Bring it up to HR as soon as possible

**** HR. Sue him for sexual harassment and loss of wages, and then file for divorce and unemployment. Your body is NOT his by right and he is NOT allowed to lord your job over you as BLACKMAIL.
