I'm training to be a pharmacy technician as well, and the best thing to do is ask your pharmacist or senior technician if you have a question. Don't get too stressed and if it comes to it, the patients can always wait or come back. It gets easier.
I don't know about where your from but it's illegal to fire anyone for asking to many questions and I believe also to cut hours as well. But good luck and try not to kill anyone!
You need to complain to your boss's supervisor about his unprofessional conduct and DEMAND your hours be reinstated. If this pharmacy refuses to do so, file an official complaint with the appropriate regulatory agency to make sure action is taken against your employer to protect yourself and your right to on-the-job training and learning.
You're supposed to ask questions....how else are you going to do your job right?
